Shipping Information

Do you offer free shipping?
All US based orders over $100 quality for free shipping. No discount code is needed—the free shipping option is available at checkout.

Where will my order ship from?
All orders ship from our warehouse in North Charleston, South Carolina. This includes domestic and international orders.

Will I incur additional fees on an international order?
International shipments may incur VAT or customs fees determined by your local government. We don’t have control over these charges, so check with your customs office for details.

How quickly will my order be processed?
We’ll typically process your order within one business day.

How quickly can I expect my order to be delivered?
Domestic orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days.
International orders typically deliver in 1-4 weeks, depending on customs delays. Note: Tracking is not available for international shipments.

Why is my order split up into multiple shipments?
Sometimes, orders are split into multiple shipments due to backorders or logistics. If your shipping confirmation doesn’t cover the entire order, rest assured the remaining items are on their way.

Order Information

What happens if the item that I want to purchase is backordered?
If an item is backordered, you can either sign up for an email notification to know when it’s back in stock, or place your order to secure a spot in the queue. In the latter case, you'll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.

Where can I shop for your products in a brick and mortar store?
We currently don't have any of our products in physical stores, the best way to shop is right here on our website.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase at studioneat.com. If you’re not, we’ll do what it takes to make it right. If the product is defective, we will replace it with no additional cost to you. If you’ve simply had a change of heart and would like to return it, we are happy to accommodate.

To return an item:
1. Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible.
2. Include the original packaging slip and / or a note about the return. We basically just need your name and order number.
3. Ship the package via USPS back here: Studio Neat, P.O. Box 90723, Austin, TX 78709-0723
4. Send us an email to hello@studioneat.com to let us know you have shipped the package back and we will issue the refund.
