Yes, we are. At Studio Neat, we want to foster a more considered form of consumption and hope that you buy one of our products with the intention of using it for the rest of your life.
Is there any fine print I should know about?
When we say no asterisks, we really mean it.
How do I actually claim the lifetime guarantee?
Send us an email to hello@studioneat.com and we’ll help you repair or replace your product. If you are able to track down your original order number, that is helpful but not required.
Why do you offer a lifetime guarantee—what’s the philosophy behind it?
We aim to create objects that you'll be able to use for the rest of your life. We design products to be long-lasting—both in its durable construction and in its timeless design. Everything we make fits this criteria, and thus is backed by our Studio Neat Lifetime Guarantee. Should anything need fixing in your Studio Neat product, we will repair or replace it, no questions asked. We are in it for the long haul, and are glad to have you along for the ride.
Where do you ship from?
We ship everything from our warehouse in North Charleston, South Carolina.
Why didn’t my entire order arrive?
Orders may ship in multiple packages due to backorders or logistics. Any remaining items will ship as soon as possible.
How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic: 3-5 business days after processing. International: 1-4 weeks, depending on customs delays.
What about VAT and customs fees?
For international orders, these fees are determined by your local government. We don’t control them, so please check with your customs office.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay are all accepted.
Can I find your products in stores?
Not usually. A few retailers carry our items, but shopping directly with us is your best bet.

What is Cerakote?

Is the Mark One pen refillable?
Yes! Mark One will accept any Parker-style refill. We wrote up an extensive guide here. Mark One ships with our favorite refill, the Schmidt P8126 rollerball, and you can purchase more of those here.
What configurations and colors does Mark One come in?
Mark One is available in many colorways, which you can see in the selector at the top of the page. Mark One is also available in two different body materials: aluminum and steel. Steel weights about twice as much as aluminum, so choose that if you prefer a heftier, weightier pen.
How long is the Mark One?
Mark One is 128 mm (~5 inches) long.
What color ink does Mark One come with?
Mark One comes with black ink. You can purchase blue ink here.
Can I personalize the Mark One with engravings or logos?
We don’t offer one-off customizations (see next question), but if you have access to a laser engraver, go wild. The Cerakote will cleanly laser off, revealing the metal body beneath.
Do you offer custom branding for bulk or corporate orders of the Mark One?

Mark Two
How does the Mark Two transition from pocket size to full length?
By some clever engineering! Although the sides of the Mark Two body appear parallel, they are actually slightly angled towards the back of the body. This allows the body, when flipped around, to “wedge” into the sleeve, creating a full length pen.
What are the exact dimensions of the Mark Two when sleeved and posted?
The Mark Two is 88 mm sleeved, 130 mm posted and 11 mm wide at widest part.
Is the clip removable or adjustable?
The clip is not adjustable or removable, but we offer a clipless and a clip version.
What are the available finishes for the Mark Two?
Currently Mark Two is available in black, orange, blue, and green Cerakote finishes.

What lead size does the Mark Three support, and can it be swapped?
Mark Three comes with 0.7 mm lead, but it’s easy to swap in a 0.5 mm lead advancer.
What are the available finishes for the Mark Three?

Where is the eraser located on the Mark Three?
It is hidden underneath the end cap. It is a standard size and replacements are easy to find when it wears down.

How does the Keepbook compare to the Panobook or Totebook?
While the Panobook lives on your desk and the Totebook travels with you, the Keepbook is a hardcover option designed for long-term use and safekeeping. It's our take on the everyday notebook, perfect for journaling, sketching, or archiving big projects.
What are the main differences between the Dot Grid, Ruled, and Blank versions?
The Dot Grid is super versatile with subtle guide markers for organization, the Ruled version is great for writing with numbered pages and a margin, and the Blank version is perfect for artists with its thick, textured pages that can handle any medium.
Why are the pages in the Ruled version numbered?
Numbered pages make it easy to reference notes, track progress, or keep things organized. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
How thick is the paper in the Blank version, and what mediums does it work well with?
The Blank version’s paper is thick. At 240 gsm, it’s perfect for everything from pencil and ink to watercolor and markers. It’s got just enough texture to make every stroke satisfying.
Can the Blank version handle watercolor or heavy markers without bleeding through?
Absolutely. The super thick, toothy paper is designed to handle wet or heavy mediums with minimal (if any) show-through. Go ahead—get wild.
How many pages are in each version of the Keepbook?
Dot Grid and Ruled have 160 pages. The Blank version has 60 extra-thick pages for heavy media.

Panobook
Is Panobook a lined or dot grid notebook?
Panobook has a very subtle dot grid, with a twist. We’ve included guide markers that make it easy to do quick page layouts. They are super subtle, so they essentially disappear unless you are looking for them.
What’s the purpose of the subtle dot grid and guide markers?
We have found that a dot grid is the most flexible page layout option, and we made ours super light, so you can ignore them if you want to be a little more freeform. The guide markers are little tick marks that replace a few of the dots. They make it easy to sketch out smartphone UI designs, storyboards, or whatever else you’re working on. Think of them as your secret weapon for staying organized without feeling constrained.
How many pages are in the Panobook?
There are 50 sheets (pieces of paper), which means there are 100 pages, front and back.
How well does the Panobook handle different pens or markers?
Like a champ. The paper is high-quality and holds up beautifully to everything from gel pens to markers, with no smudging or bleeding.

What is the difference between Panopad and Panobook?
Panopad and Panobook are the same size, but while Panopad is jacketless and acts as a sticky pad, Panobook is spiral bound and has a durable, high quality cover.
What kind of paper is used in the Panobook?
It’s a premium, super-smooth stock that feels great to write on and plays nicely with all kinds of pens and markers. We’re nerdy about paper, and this stuff is the real deal.
Panopad
Is Panopad a lined or dot grid notebook?
Panopad has a very subtle dot grid, with a twist. We’ve included guide markers that make it easy to do quick page layouts. They are super subtle, so they essentially disappear unless you are looking for them. Panopad and Panobook have the exact same dot grid.
How sticky are the pages? Will they fall off over time?
They’re sticky enough to stay put but not so sticky that they’ll leave residue. They’ll hang out on smooth surfaces like walls, windows, and whiteboards without any trouble.
Are the pages perforated or easy to tear off?
They are not perforated, they are sticky along the top. Think of it like a giant Post-It note pad.
How many pages come in a Panopad?
Panopad comes in a two-pack, with each pad having 30 sheets.
What kind of writing instruments can I use with the Panopad?
Pens, pencils, or markers. Panopad is made with high quality paper and should handle any writing instrument you throw at it.
How large is Panopad?
The pages within Panopad are 285 mm x 165 mm (11.2 in x 6.5 in)
What is the difference between Panopad and Panobook?
Panopad and Panobook are the same size, but while Panopad is jacketless and acts as a sticky pad, Panobook is spiral bound and has a durable, high quality cover.
What is this piece of cardboard that was packed with the two Panopads? Did it fall off the back of one of the pads?
That is simply a piece of rigid material to protect the Panopads during shipment. It can be recycled.
Totebook
What makes the Totebook different from the Panobook?
The Panobook is built to live on your desk, while the Totebook is designed to go wherever you do. It’s smaller, thinner, and more flexible—perfect for tossing in your bag or slipping into a pocket. They share the same thoughtful details, but each has its own purpose.
What’s the difference between the regular and mini sizes?
The regular size (5.3 x 7.7 inches) is perfect for a bag or backpack. The mini size (3.5 x 5.5 inches) is even more portable and fits right in your back pocket. Both are designed to be lightweight and flexible.
How does the sewn binding compare to other types of notebook bindings?
Sewn binding is more durable and lets the notebook lie completely flat when open, making it easier to write or sketch without fighting the pages.
How do the quad perforations work?
The regular-sized Totebook has pages perforated into quarters, so you can remove just part of a page if you need to share or save a small note. It’s perfect for keeping things neat and organized.
