cosmonaut great design but bothersome lump!

Cosmonaut great: chunky lo-fi pencil that writes on screen without slipping and without fuss.
Only minus is the tip doesn’t fit on smoothly - it’s slightly askew - so there’s an annoying little lump. that’s very likely this particular pencil rather than a flaw with the design.

Great (if you have lo-fi expectations)!

Cosmonaut is VERY lo-fi. The tip is broad, there is no palm rejection, and it doesn't do precision writing or drawing.

However, if your needs are very simple, Cosmonaut is an affordable, cool looking and sturdy stylus. No plastic parts and no electronics means you can’t really break it, and it won’t become obsolete.

My use case: I’m a student who types notes on iPad, and I wanted to draw simple graphs and diagrams, but wasn’t able to justify the price of an Apple Pencil for such a simple need. I use Apple’s Freeform app with Cosmonaut, and it works really well!
